GummX Industries, LLC ("GummX," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://www.gummx.com, submit an inquiry or request for a quote, receive our marketing communications, or otherwise interact with us in connection with the website (collectively, the "Site").
This Policy applies to information handled by GummX in connection with the Site. It does not govern information processed under a separate customer, supplier, employment, clinical, or manufacturing agreement where another privacy notice or contractual term applies.

We do not exchange personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and disclosure of online identifiers to advertising partners may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or processing for "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. 4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. 5. Marketing Communications
We may send marketing communications where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting legal@gummx.com. We may still send non-marketing messages, such as responses to your requests and communications concerning an existing business relationship.
For Canadian recipients, GummX will seek consent for commercial electronic messages when required and will include prescribed sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, manage prospective and existing business relationships, maintain appropriate business and marketing records, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, the relationship, and applicable legal requirements. We delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to lawful backup and recordkeeping practices.
7. Security and International Transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
GummX is located in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live, and information may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or national-security authorities as permitted by local law.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Cookie and targeted-advertising choices
You may use the Cookie Settings link on the Site to reject or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies. Where applicable law provides an opt-out from sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may exercise that choice through Cookie Settings or by emailing legal@gummx.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Where legally required, we also recognize qualifying universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.
Access, correction, deletion, and portability
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or a portable copy of certain information. You may also have rights to withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, or obtain information about our data practices.
Colorado residents
If the Colorado Privacy Act applies to our processing, Colorado residents may request access, correction, deletion, or data portability and may opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing legal@gummx.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond as required by applicable law.
Canadian residents
Canadian residents may request access to and correction of personal information and may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. You may also challenge our compliance with applicable Canadian privacy law by contacting us. If a concern is not resolved, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the appropriate provincial privacy regulator.
Submitting a request
Send requests to legal@gummx.com or the mailing address in Section 13. Please describe your request and identify your jurisdiction. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
9. Sensitive Information
The Site is not designed to collect sensitive personal information. Please do not submit government identification numbers, financial account credentials, health information, precise geolocation, information about children, or other sensitive personal information through Site forms. If a future business process requires sensitive information, GummX will provide an appropriate secure method and any additional notice or consent required by law.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. Third-Party Sites
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and GummX is not responsible for them.
